Nashville, TN: Congratulations to Realtor John Montgomery of Crye-Leike Clarksville-Sango for receiving the 2019 Crye-Leike Rookie of the Year award for the Middle Tennessee region. Montgomery was the number one agent for sales transactions among new Crye-Leike agents in 2018 within his region.

Recently honored at the company's annual meeting for the Middle Tennessee region, Montgomery expressed that, "It has been a great year and I'm excited to see what 2019 brings."

Hendersonville, TN: Crye-Leike Real Estate Services congratulates Affiliate Broker Chelsea Soapes on her recent achievement of becoming a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Soapes currently specializes in real estate services involving seniors, first-time homebuyers and downsizing in Sumner, Robertson and Davidson counties.

To earn this recognition, Soapes was required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in understanding the needs, considerations and goals of real estate buyers and sellers aged 55 and older. Soapes is proud of her new designation and looks forward to continuing helping seniors in need.

The Times Free Press hosts an annual "Best of the Best" award ceremony that resembles a "People's Choice Awards" set-up. The event highlights different industries in the region and this year, for the best residential real estate category, loyal readers voted for Crye-Leike Fort Oglethorpe. The office consists of 21 sales associates and is ran by Managing Broker Ian O'Shea.
