"It was a very slow process for me to join Crye-Leike, as I had never wanted to join the ?largest' but preferred a smaller company," said Robin.  "After five years, the limitations of working with a small firm became clear."

Robin says a Crye-Leike marketing email promoting the company recently got her attention, and she sent it to a co-worker who had also been thinking of a change.

"I had interviewed other companies years ago, and my co-worker had just talked to two others," said Robin.  "We went to two Crye-Leike offices and decided on the Forest Hill location."
