Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, the nation's 10th largest real estate company and the largest serving Tennessee and the Mid-South, has opened a franchise office in the county seat of Greeneville, Tenn., Greene County.
Crye*Leike Sunbridge Realty is one of 18 franchises that has joined Crye-Leike. It is located at 3509 E. Andrew Johnson Highway in Greeneville, Tenn. Located in East Tennessee at the foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains, Greeneville lies 70 miles northeast from Knoxville, 35 miles southwest from the Tri-Cities Region of Johnson City/Kingsport/Bristol and 70 miles northwest from Asheville, North Carolina. Crye-Leike also has a company branch office located in Johnson City.
The franchise is owned and operated by Cathy Susong Hooper and David Hooper, a husband and wife team who relocated from Murfreesboro, Tenn. Cathy was a sales associate with Crye-Leike, Realtors in Murfreesboro and chose to move back to her hometown in Greeneville.
Chattanooga, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, the nation's 10th largest real estate company, has secured approval from the Athens City Planning Commission to begin construction of a new state of the art facility for its Athens, Tenn. branch office, a move accelerated by the office's exponential growth over the past 3 ? years.
Crye-Leike's new Athens office will be located on a 1.04 acre site at Congress Parkway, next to Tractor Supply and less than one mile from the intersection of Highway 30 and Highway 11. Crye-Leike will occupy approximately 4,000 sq. ft. of the 8,610 sq. ft. building to be built. The new office space will accommodate up to 35 Crye-Leike sales associates. They will continue to serve the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around McMinn County.

Nashville, Tenn. - Realtor Jimmy Dugger, vice president of Crye-Leike, Realtors, has been nominated by the Southern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors to serve as its nominee for the Tennessee Association of Realtors' 2004 Realtor of the Year.
Dugger was named Realtor of the Year by the Southern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors in 2003.
Realtor of the Year is the highest Realtor award bestowed each year by a state Realtor association. The recipient exemplifies meritorious involvement and leadership at the local, state and national levels of the Realtor organization. Each candidate's business accomplishments, community involvement (civic and nonprofit) as well as involvement at the state Realtor level are considered.
Dugger will be honored among all the Realtor of the Year nominees at the Tennessee Association of Realtors' Annual Convention in October, with the winner announced at its annual banquet.

Jonesboro, Ark. - Crye-Leike, Realtors' Jonesboro branch office was recently voted the best real estate agency in the Greater Jonesboro area for its second year in a row by readers of The Jonesboro Sun newspaper during its Fourth Annual 2004 Best of the Best under the Sun awards.
The Jonesboro Sun, which has a daily circulation of 28,000 and Sunday circulation of 30,500, based the results on its readers casting their votes.
