Memphis, TN., - As more and more real estate sales involve buyers and sellers dealing with properties heading for foreclosure or properties that have already been foreclosed on by the bank, many licensed Realtors have been forced to change their approach in order to adapt to this new ?traditional' real estate transaction.

 

In order to better serve his real estate clients and save struggling homeowners from foreclosure, Crye-Leike Memphis Realtor Robert Farris recently completed all of the necessary training and coursework to earn his professional designation as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Specialist (SFR) awarded by the National Association of Realtors.
