NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nations 6th largest real estate company, has named Mellany Spencer as Manager of Career Counseling over the Greater Clarksville area. In her new role, Spencer will be responsible for the recruitment of new sales associates joining Crye-Leike's established offices in Montgomery County. These new associates will become part of a team of over 3,500 associates serving 56 counties throughout a seven-state Southern region.
"Establishing a career counseling manager is a natural step for us as we focus on a more concerted effort in recruiting quality sales associates in this marketplace," commented Rob Hatchett, Director of Career Development. The RCC designation is given through a special Leading Real Estate Companies of the World certification program and is presented to individuals who have met a number of important educational requirements for relocation services.
As the Referral Coordinator of Crye-Leike's Little Rock Division Relocation Services, Thornton is responsible for managing all third-party homes, offering negotiations, supervision of vendors and reimbursement billing. Additionally, Thornton manages BMA/Premarketing listings, ordering appropriate inspections, and assigning referrals to appropriate agents for third-party home finding assistance, as well as maintenance of third party company and agent relationships.
