Realty Title & Escrow Co. Expands in Tenn. & into Miss.
Brentwood, Tenn. - Realty Title & Escrow Company, Inc., a real estate title and escrow company headquartered in Brentwood, Tenn., announces the opening of its newest branch offices in Collierville, Franklin and Goodlettsville, Tenn., along with its first office in northwest Mississippi, Southaven.
This recent expansion brings the company's branch office total to 13 Realty Title & Escrow offices. They are located in Middle and West Tennessee with eight of those in Davidson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson and Wilson counties, along with one in De Soto County, Miss.

Crye*Leike Franchises Broadens its Scope Nationwide
Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South, announces its newest initiative to strengthen the Crye-Leike brand and to grow the company through national franchising, announced Harold E. Crye, chief executive officer.
Randall Hall of Crye*Leike Franchises, Inc., a real estate franchisor subsidiary of Crye-Leike, Realtors, has been promoted to national franchise sales manager to lead the company's franchise expansion.
To date, Hall has secured eight Crye-Leike franchises in Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi and Tennessee with future plans to expand into contiguous states. Hall's new responsibilities include broadening the company's scope of franchising markets, a key growth element in maintaining the company's ranking as the 13th largest real estate company in the nation.

Martin Cummings Recognized for Community Service
Nashville, Tenn. - Martin Cummings, principal auctioneer with Crye-Leike, Realtors, was presented the Crye-Leike Community Service Award at the company's recent annual meeting held in January. Cummings was recognized for his devoted service to his community and for his outstanding fund-raising efforts in raising over $1 million for over 100 charities in Middle Tennessee during his
28-year auction career.
Cummings, who also serves as principal broker and manager of Crye-Leike's Mt. Juliet branch office, has managed and sold residential and commercial real estate in Middle Tennessee for the past 28 years. He is noted as being Crye-Leike's first sales associate in Nashville to manage the company's first Nashville branch office, located in Mt. Juliet where it began operations in September 1992.

Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South, announced its Top 25 sales producers for 2001 who achieved the highest volume in sales for the company within the Greater Nashville area.
