Nashville, Tenn. - One of Maury County's prime commercial locations has its first tenant. Crye-Leike, Realtors' branch office in Columbia, Tenn. has moved into a new company-owned business park at 1118 Nashville Highway in north Columbia.
"At Crye-Leike Plaza, we are front and center with greater visibility," said Colene Dooley, branch manager. "The area in which our new office is located has the highest traffic count in Columbia."
Average daily traffic counts from the 2000 Tennessee Department of Transportation's Columbia city map show 31,170 at U.S. Highway 31, north of 412 and south of Baker Road. James Campbell Blvd. at Shady Brook Mall placed the second highest with 30,220.
The new facility was built to accommodate 58 Crye-Leike sales associates who are serving Maury, Hickman, Lewis, Lawrence, Giles and Marshall counties.
