Resale value is an important consideration in the purchase of your new home. Although it is impossible to predict what will happen in the future to the economy and the real estate market, buyer demand will continue to impact the ultimate value of your home. At the time of sale, a home is a "commodity". Its value is determined by educated buyers who shop competitively in the open market. The transferable value of a property can be identified by comparing the size, style, lot, age and other measurable features with other properties that are currently for sale or have recently sold in the area. A home also has non-transferable value. This can be found in decorating, as well as features and upgrades which exceed the expectations of buyers in the price range. Clarksville, TN:  Crye-Leike Real Estate Services Clarksville- St. Bethlehem is proud to announce they have partnered up with local soup kitchen, Loaves & Fishes, to support their 6th annual "Jingle Bells Food Drive." Starting September 1st until the beginning of November 5th, Crye-Leike will be accepting donations of canned, bottled, or boxed food goods at their office located at 2512 Wilma Rudolph Blvd.

"Every year our office chooses a local charity to support for the holiday season," said Glenda Gardner, Crye-Leike office administrator. "This year again we are honored to help support such a wonderful organization that will contribute to feeding so many families in need."

Smyrna, TNCrye-Leike Real Estate Services congratulates Broker Janet Parker for earning the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. Parker currently works out of the Crye-Leike Smyrna office located at 599 Sam Ridley Pkwy West, Smyrna, Tennessee.

To earn the SRES designation, Realtors must successfully complete coursework and pass an exam provided by the National Association of Realtors. Realtors must also be members of the National Association of Realtors and have active membership in the SRES Council. Coursework includes a focus on 50+ real estate clients and their specific needs and market.
