Crye-Leike Agents in Chattanooga Excel in Real Estate Buyer Representation
Chattanooga, Tennessee - Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that five of its sales associates in the Greater Chattanooga area have been awarded the accredited buyer representative (ABR) designation in 2000 by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors:
Rosalie "Rose" Alonzo of Crye-Leike's Cleveland branch office is a broker who has also secured her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. She has over 14 years of real estate experience, is affluent in Spanish and specializes in new home and residential sales.
Sherrie L. Dillon of Crye-Leike's Hixson branch office has experience in new home construction and fire and water restoration. She holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation as well as the certified residential relocation specialist designation which specializes in home finding for out-of-town buyers. Jim O'Dell Named Sales Manager for Crye-Leike
Chattanooga, Tenn. - Hixson resident Jim O'Dell, a broker, has been named sales manager of Crye-Leike of Chattanooga's downtown branch office, located at 1201 Market Street. He is responsible for over 50 sales associates in that office. He also will be actively listing and selling properties in the Chattanooga area.
In residential sales since 1994 and a consistent multi-million dollar producer, O'Dell holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and accredited buyer representative (ABR) designations. He is an active member of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors, serving as chairman of the Cultural Diversity/Equal Opportunity Committee. He also serves as a member of the association's Professional Standards Committee.
