Crye-Leike Maintains Top Rank in Arkansas
Crye-Leike Real Estate Services, the nation's fifth-largest independent residential real estate firm, maintained its position as the "Top Residential Real Estate Agency" in Arkansas in 2016, as ranked by Arkansas Business.
This weekly business newspaper, based in Little Rock, Ark., released its annual survey of 2016 sales production results of real estate firms across the state in its June 19, 2017 edition.
Arkansas Business reported that Crye-Leike, "the perennial No. 1," retained its spot atop the list with 2016 sales production increasing almost 4 percent to $1.26 billion last year.
Crye-Leike, founded in Memphis in 1977, opened its first office in Arkansas in Jonesboro in 1999, and expanded into Little Rock in 2002. The company has 25 company-owned offices in Arkansas, including six franchise offices.

Crye-Leike's Nikita Barnes Named Managing Broker of Upcoming Office in Douglasville
Douglasville, Ga. - Nikita L. Barnes of Fairburn, Ga. was named managing broker of Crye-Leike Real Estate Services' new branch office, opening soon in Douglasville, Georgia.
Barnes is responsible for the recruitment, training and management of the new office's sales agents, while also continuing as managing broker of Crye-Leike's Riverdale office. The new office will be located at 2092 Fairburn Road, Douglasville, GA, 30135.
In addition to her management role, Barnes, a multi-million dollar producer, will continue to help single-family homebuyers and sellers list and sell their residential properties. Crye-Leike Fundraiser Nets $2,200 for DAV - Reported by GrandLakeNews.com
Thanks in part, to a pulled-pork fundraiser hosted by volunteers at Crye-Leike Realtors in Grove, members of the Disabled American Veterans, Chapter 19, are closer to their goal of obtaining a larger van.
The fundraiser, which took place in May, brought in $2,200 for the organization. On Tuesday, June 6, Matthew Sowers with Drake's Restaurant presented the funds to Jon Arthur, commander of the DAV.
Members of the DAV bought the current van in 2010 for approximately $25,000. It is used to transport disabled veterans to VA medical facilities in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
DAV volunteers said a new van, with additional headspace, is needed to help disabled veterans who struggle when climbing into it.
