NASHVILLE, TN., - While buyers and investors are returning to some segments of the Middle Tennessee real estate market - it remains to be seen if 2010 will be the turn-around year for improving prices and sales overall. Despite the uncertainty? those choosing 2010 to start their careers in real estate say the time and opportunity is just right.

After being mostly a homemaker for several years Karen Woods Ramsey of Signal Mountain - while loving the home life - was presented with a business opportunity to up her home game. And turns out? it was an offer she just couldn't refuse.

LITTLE ROCK, AR., - A genuine curiosity about real estate sales and an education in business strategies holds great promise to ignite into a winning combination for Robert Richardson.  The MBA graduate from Maumelle, Arkansas has set his sights on putting his knowledge and passion to work as a new Realtor joining Crye-Leike.
