Crye-Leike Officially Establishes Regional Headquarters in East Tenn. after 4.5 years
March 29, 2016) - Tennessee-based Crye-Leike, the nation's fourth largest privately-held residential real estate brokerage firm and largest in Tennessee and the Mid-South, has officially established an East Tennessee regional headquarters in Knoxville after first entering the market in February 2011.
"With having a market presence in this region for 4.5 years now, our purchase of a headquarters building should prove to Knoxville that Crye-Leike is here to stay," said Chief Executive Officer Harold E. Crye who intends to continue to grow Crye-Leike by adding two to three more branch offices in Farragut and Oak Ridge.
Its headquarters office is now located at 9539 Kingston Pike in the Franklin Square area. It will serve as its Knoxville West branch office as well as house administrative offices for the region, including commercial, property management and relocation services.

Crye-Leike Posts Record Year of $5.7 Billion in Sales (All Regions): Second Highest in Company's 39 Years
Memphis, Tenn. (March 18, 2016) - Tennessee-based Crye-Leike, the nation's fourth largest privately-held residential real estate brokerage firm and largest in Tennessee and the Mid-South, posted a record sales year of close to $5.7 billion in 2015, the second highest sales performance in the company's 39-year history. In comparison, the company reached its peak sales performance at $6.1 billion in 2006.
Crye-Leike's $5.74 billion sales volume companywide in 2015 was up 7.29 percent from $5.35 billion through Dec. 2014. These 2015 figures represent Crye-Leike's 3,000+ sales associates handling 31,826 closings within a nine-state region, a 3.89 percent increase from the 30,633 closings reported through Dec. 2014.
