Nashville, Tenn. - Co-owners and founders Harold E. Crye and Dick Leike of Crye-Leike, Realtors, the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Midsouth, will address their 2,100 sales associates at the company's 24th annual kickoff meetings in January 2001. The meetings, held in Memphis, Nashville and Chattanooga, provide an opportunity to reflect on the company's sales performance and achievements over the past year, to kick-off new programs and initiatives for the new year as well as present company awards of recognition.

Crye-Leike, Realtors has opened its third branch office in Mississippi, a decision prompted by the tremendous growth in sales volume generated from its Olive Branch and Southaven, Miss. offices, announced Harold E. Crye, chief executive officer of Crye-Leike, the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South.

"Our new Hernando branch office will allow Crye-Leike's sales associates to serve more clients in the southern most part of DeSoto County as well as in Tunica County to the west and Tate and Panola counties to the south," said Crye.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, DeSoto County is one of the top 10 fastest growing counties in the United States. Demographics Journal ranks DeSoto County seventh in growth potential among the 841 metropolitan counties in the United States. The rankings were designed to reflect each county's future capacity for growth and prosperity.

Chattanooga, Tenn. - While Crye-Leike, Realtors marks December 2000 as its third year in Chattanooga' s real estate market, it also is commemorating the move of its Cleveland branch office into a permanent location in Bradley County.

Crye-Leike's Cleveland branch office recently left its temporary log cabin quarters at 5220 North Lee Highway and moved to 4627 North Lee Highway within Crye-Leike Plaza's newly constructed 14,400 square foot office building. The one story branch office occupies 4,200 square feet.

"The remaining 10,200 square feet of the office plaza is available for lease as retail and office space," notes Keith Rosenblum, president of Crye-Leike Commercial & Property Management in Brentwood, Tenn.  "The space can be divided to accommodate tenants as small as 1,000 square feet or up to 10,400 square feet."

Memphis, Tenn. -  If you are on the mailing list to receive a holiday greeting card from one of Crye-Leike's 1,100 sales associates or 200 employees in the Greater Memphis area, chances are it won't be your ordinary holiday greeting card.

Crye-Leike, Realtors is holding its annual fund-raising drive for Youth Villages, called Campaign for Children, in which sales associates and employees purchase holiday greeting cards in bulk from Youth Villages to send to their clients and friends. The inside inscription reads: "At this holiday season, a donation has been made in your honor to benefit Youth Villages, a private non-profit organization committed to helping children and families live successfully."
