Broker Chip Kerr Will Serve As Secretary Treasurer for the Williamson County Association of Realtors as a member of its Board of Directors in 2013
Brentwood, TN., - After helping hundreds of home buyers and sellers find that perfect place to call home as a licensed Realtor for the past 13 years, Broker Chip Kerr has another accomplishment to add to his long list of career successes.
Crye-Leike Broker Chip Kerr was recently nominated and elected to serve as the 2013 Secretary Treasurer for the Williamson County Association of Realtors. Chip has been a member of the WCAR for many years and was elected to the WCAR Board of Directors in 2010.

Smyrna Agents Host 9th Annual Chili Event To Cook Up Funds For Charity
SMYRNA, TN.- Realtors in Crye-Leike's Smyrna office are continuing their tradition of hosting a chili cook-off fundraiser this fall. This will be their ninth year to organize the event and proceeds from this year's chili supper will benefit the Smyrna - LaVergne Food Bank.
"For our office and agents, this is our big fundraiser for the year, and a delicious one at that," said Crye-Leike Realtor Von Richcreek. "It allows the agents to come together as an office and raise money for a great cause within the community. This year's benefactor of the chili cook-off will be the Smyrna - LaVergne Food Bank."
Richcreek adds, "All charities are important, but when it comes to feeding those who would otherwise be unable to eat, the need to help that cause is overwhelming.
