MEMPHIS, TN., - As monthly home sales data continues to challenge even the most seasoned real estate industry veterans, one Memphis Realtor has found a way to channel the ups and downs.
Crye-Leike's Frances Anderson, a Realtor for ten plus years, has found comfort and a new-found focus through the Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) Leadership Development program.
"Our industry has definitely faced some challenges and difficult times in the past few years," said Anderson. "To move forward with effective and wise leadership is a must."
Anderson was among a dozen Realtors who chose to participate in the 2010 TAR leadership class. She was exposed to a variety of leadership development strategies over the course that included several retreats along with classroom training.
