CRYE-LEIKE, REALTORS CLIENT IS GEORGIA'S FIRST HOMEBUYER
CUMMING, GA., - There's new help available to first time homebuyers in the form of FREE money through a collaboration that joins the North Georgia IMPACT Group, local banks, builders and Realtors.
Cumming, Georgia based Crye-Leike, REALTORS agent Kimberly Potter-Byrd is among those joining the effort with her clients. She recently assisted a first time buyer through the process and helped the client become the first person in her immediate family to purchase and now own a home.
"This new program offers me the ability to continue to work with credit worthy, first time homebuyers and offer them a new down payment assistance program so they can enjoy the experience of home ownership," said Kimberly. "This is an exciting program that will allow first time homebuyers the ability to continue to purchase a new home in this challenged real estate market."
