CHATTANOOGA, TN., - Crye-Leike, REALTORS Chattanooga Region is outselling its competitors with a sales volume of $196 million for the first six months of 2008 and beating their closest competitors by more than $50 million in total volume. The company has also achieved the highest number of closed transactions, selling 1,109 homes during the first half of 2008 and beating its closest competitor by nearly 400 units.

 

"All the credit for this big lead goes to our agents," said Rob Hatchett, Regional Vice President for Crye-Leike in Chattanooga. "They've done a great job building relationships with people throughout the Chattanooga region and it has obviously paid off."

 

Associates in the company's Chattanooga Region are leading the housing market with their number of closed transactions.  Nearly 18% of all properties bought and sold in the Tennessee Valley and North Georgia areas for the first half of 2008 involved a Crye-Leike, REA...

Dick Leike knew he had a challenge when his residential real estate company bought the former Anderton's East restaurant on Madison last year.

 

Preserving the original structure at 1901 Madison wasn't going to be easy, but keeping the historical nature of the building would mean a lot to Memphians and the neighborhood, he said.

 

"We feel like we're doing good for the neighborhood ... and trying to do it in such a way that we don't change the real architectural design of the building," said Leike, co-founder of Crye-Leike Realtors.

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AR., - Crye-Leike, REALTORS is proud to announce Jay Patrick Jansen from Sherwood has joined the company in the branch office located at 3400 John F. Kennedy Boulevard.
