CRYE-LEIKE, REALTORS HOLDS ITS RANKING IN 2008 AS THE NATIONS 4TH LARGEST REAL ESTATE FIRM
BRENTWOOD, TN., - Crye-Leike, REALTORS remains the nation's 4th largest real estate firm based on the 2008 Real Trends 500 survey results. The ranking comes from a survey of the top 500 Real Estate brokers in the U.S. based on the total number of closed transactions in 2007.
This the second consecutive year Crye-Leike, REALTORS has landed in the Real Trends rankings at the 4th place position. Co-Founders Harold Crye, CEO and Dick Leike, President hand much of the credit to the loyal customers and sales associates.

CRYE-LEIKE, REALTORS INVITES THE PUBLIC TO SUPPORT THE 2ND ANNUAL REALTOR RUMMAGE SALE AT THE ATHENS TENNESSEE BRANNCH OFFICE
ATHENS, TN., - Crye-Leike, REALTORS is proud to announce it's 2nd Annual Realtors Rummage Sale to benefit Athens Tennessee area charities. The sale will take place Saturday April 19, 2008 from 8:00am - 2:00pm at the Crye-Leike, REALTORS office located at 580 South Congress Parkway in Athens.
In addition to the Rummage Sale, a variety of baked goods will also be available for purchase at the event.
"Last year we raised almost $1,000 that went to several local charities," said Managing Broker Melonie Carideo. "We were also to provide funds to United Way, Relay for Life, presents for Kids at Christmas via the Rescue Squad and school supplies for the county and city."
Volunteers at the Crye-Leike office are still accepting gently used items for the event. Clothing is not being collected for the sale. The deadline for contributing is Thursday April 17th at 5:00pm.

BRENTWOOD, TN., - Crye-Leike, REALTORS agent Diane Balciar was clearly thinking outside the box when she came upon a unique plan to try and sell a client's home in the Westhaven community in Franklin Tennessee.
It is the first of two money saving ideas Diane hatched during the past year and later submitted to Tennessean columnist Mary Hance, aka "Ms Cheap" for consideration in her annual awards.
"I had clients who moved out of their home in Westhaven with all their furniture and it was obvious that the beautiful home needed to be staged in order to get the best price," said Diane. "I knew several of the neighbors had gently used furniture they wanted to sell so I posted a note on the Westhaven Intranet Bulletin Board. I suggested neighbors could bring any furniture they wanted to sell to the empty house to help me stage and to help them sell during open houses and showings."
