CRYE-LEIKE, REALTORS #1 IN DESOTO COUNTY AND NORTH MISSISSIPPI IN 2007
OLIVE BRANCH, MS., - Crye-Leike, Realtors is proud to announce that its North Mississippi Region in 2007 achieved the most closed transactions with 1,366 and a sales volume of more than $96-million. The number of closed transactions represents 17.67% of all properties bought and sold in Desoto County and North Mississippi areas as reported by the Northwest Mississippi Association of Realtors.
For the year ending 2007, the company's individual transactions of homes bought and sold bettered its closest competitor by more than 360 homes.
"Crye-Leike, Realtors and its dedicated associates in the Desoto County and North Mississippi region are thrilled by the news," said Tracy Kirkley, Managing Broker of Crye-Leike, Realtors in Olive Branch.
