CRYE-LEIKE, REALTORS CHATTANOOGA REGION #1 IN TOTAL PROPERTIES SOLD FOR 2007
CHATANOOGA, TN., - Crye-Leike, Realtors is proud to announce that in 2007 the Chattanooga Region achieved the most closed transactions with 2,665, and a sales volume of more than $450-million. The number of closed transactions represents 18.28% of all properties bought and sold in the Tennessee Valley and North Georgia areas for 2007 by the Chattanooga Association of Realtors MLS.
For the year ending 2007, the company's individual transactions of homes bought and sold bettered its closest competitor by more than 400 units.
"Crye-Leike, Realtors and its dedicated associates in the Greater Chattanooga - Cleveland Tennessee and North Georgia region are thrilled by the news," said Rob Hatchett, Regional Vice President for Crye-Leike in Chattanooga.
