L.J. Matlock Joins Crye-Leike, Realtors
Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that L.J. Matlock of Ashland City has become affiliated with Crye-Leike's Goodlettsville branch office, located at 917 Conference Drive. He brings to Crye-Leike over four decades of real estate sales experience.
Matlock, who has been licensed in real estate since 1960, owned and served as managing broker for Matlock Realty in Ashland City for 44 years prior to joining Crye-Leike. An Ashland City resident since 1946, he recently closed his real estate business to join Crye-Leike, Realtors, with his son, Jeff, a Crye-Leike sales associate since 2002.
As a broker, Matlock will serve the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around Davidson County as well as within the surrounding counties of Cheatham, Robertson and Montgomery. He specializes in commercial and residential real estate, as well as new homes construction.
