Chattanooga, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that one of its sales associates, Agnes Hellmann, has been awarded the company's certified premier properties specialist (CPPS) designation, which signifies excellence in marketing higher priced and estate properties in North Georgia and Chattanooga, Tenn. She is among the 60 Crye-Leike sales associates company wide who have achieved this designation out of the company's 2,500 sales force.

Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nation's 10th largest real estate company, has named Louis Belote of Williamson County as managing broker of its Green Hills branch office, located at 3815 Cleghorn Avenue. He was previously affiliated with Fridrich & Clark Realty.
Belote is responsible for the recruitment and sales management of 39 Crye-Leike sales associates who market residential and commercial properties to buyers and sellers in Davidson and Williamson counties.
He holds the accredited buyers representative designation (ABR), which signifies mastery in the field of buyer representation, having the proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional services to real estate buyers.
As a Realtor, Belote is a member of the National and Greater Nashville Associations of Realtors (GNAR). He currently is serving as co-chairman of Habitat for Humanity, an annual community initiative sponsored by the GNAR.

Memphis, Tenn. - Walk-ins are welcome at Crye-Leike, Realtors' annual company blood drive, scheduled for Tues., August 12, 2003, 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Crye-Leike's corporate headquarters, 6525 Quail Hollow.
"Volunteers who donate a pint of blood will receive a coupon for a free pint of ice cream or yogurt from Baskin Robbins," says Crye-Leike event coordinator Anita Frase who calls being a blood donor a simple way to ?invest in a life."
"Crye-Leike corporate holds a blood drive annually as a community service to give back to the communities we serve," says Joyce Friedman, public relations director.
"Other Crye-Leike branch offices also hold blood drives throughout the year,"she says.
