Nashville, Tenn. -  Lora Riddle, president and director of Crye-Leike Relocation Services - Middle Tennessee Region, recently attended the 2002 Annual RELO Conference held in Miami, Fla., April 3 - 6, 2002. The conference is an international meeting that attracts nearly 800 brokers and relocation professionals from leading domestic and international independent real estate firms.

Crye-Leike Relocation Services is a member of RELO, the largest network of independent real estate companies specializing in the relocation of people nationwide.

The conference focused on ways successful companies can move beyond traditional boundaries - developing new customer segments, creating compelling service offerings and tapping emerging markets here and abroad. Memphis, Tenn. -  Crye-Leike, the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South, announces the opening of its Highway 64 - Houston Levee branch office in northeast Shelby County. This newest branch office expansion makes it Crye-Leike's 23nd branch and franchise office within an eight county area throughout a three-state Mid-South region, Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi.

The office is located at 9943 Highway 64, the southeast corner of Highway 64 at Houston Levee Road. It occupies 6,400 square feet in a newly-constructed commercial-retail strip center, accommodating up to 51 Crye-Leike sales associates.

"The move creates a gateway to Fayette County for our company," said Harold E. Crye, Crye-Leike's chief executive officer. Nashville, Tenn. -  Carolyn Jeffers, a multi-million dollar producer and affiliate broker with Crye-Leike, Realtors' Franklin - Cool Springs branch office, was recently entered into the Town & Country Realty Hall of Fame in Kingsport, Tenn. The announcement was made by Rick Slaughter, owner - broker of Town & Country Realty, who recognized Jeffers for her outstanding sales achievement, leadership and integrity during her 13-year affiliation with the company while living in Kingsport.  During Jeffers' 17-year real estate career, she has sold over $100 million in real estate transactions.

Town & Country Realty is a 21-year-old real estate company in Kingsport, Tenn. with three branch offices and 55 sales associates who market residential properties in the upper East Tennessee area.  Jeffers is the second person within the company's history to have become a member of its Hall of Fame. The first recipient was Paula Poe of Kingsport.
