Nashville, Tenn. -The Jones Company, a 75-year-old residential home builder and marketing partner with Crye-Leike, Realtors, won several best of show awards at the recent 2002 Showcase of New Homes event held in April and sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee. The Jones Company builds new homes in St. Louis, Mo. and Nashville, Tenn. with developments in Brentwood, Franklin, LaVerge, Mt. Juliet and Spring Hill.

The Maple at Banbury Crossing in Brentwood, $250,000 - $299,999 Best Owners' Suite Award;
The Laurel at Cedar Grove in LaVergne, Tenn., $190,000 - $249,999 Best Owner's Suite Award;
The Barclay at Towne Park at McKay's Mill in Franklin - Cool Springs, $300,000 - $349,999 Best Interior Design Award; and,

Memphis, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors, the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South, has acquired Neilson Group, Realtors in Memphis, Tenn., a respected Midtown real estate firm that generated $48 million in sales last year, announced Harold E. Crye, chief executive officer.
The firm was purchased for an undisclosed amount from Don Neilson, principal broker and owner, who will join Crye-Leike, Realtors as an active member of its sales force.
Crye-Leike, Realtors closed Neilson Group, Realtors, which was located at 1296 Peabody Avenue, and consolidated operations into Crye-Leike's Midtown branch office, located at 2220 Union Avenue. Crye-Leike's Midtown branch office now has a combined sales force of over 70 associates.

Nashville, Tenn. - Sales associates and clients of Crye-Leike, Realtors' Goodlettsville branch office will soon have the convenience of mortgage lending and titles services right next door to handle their real estate transactions. Harold E. Crye, chief executive officer of Crye-Leike, Realtors, recently purchased as investment property a 11,000 square foot multi-tenant building next door to Crye-Leike's Goodlettsville branch office at 917 Conference Drive. Realty Title & Escrow Services and 1st Trust Bank for Savings have signed on as Crye's first tenants.
Crye purchased the property at 913 Conference Drive for $750,000 on April 9, 2002. The property was previously occupied by Lazy Boy Furniture Gallery. With property renovations and significant upgrades, Crye estimates the project investment to be around $1.15 million. Regions Bank of Nashville is the mortgage lender.
