Jan Harbor Serves as Presenter at Internation Relocation Conference
Memphis, Tenn. - Jan Harbor, president and director of Crye-Leike Relocation Services - Memphis and the Mid-South Region, was a presenter at the 2001 Annual RELO? Conference held in Chicago, Illinois. The conference is an international meeting that attracts nearly 900 brokers and relocation professionals from domestic and international leading independent real estate firms.
Harbor presented information on the special needs of homebuyers who are transferred because of corporate relocations. As an expert in this area, she further emphasized the value of transferring homebuyers to use accredited buyer representatives (ABRs) who excel in buyer representation during the home buying or selling process.

Growth & Expansion Prompts Realty Title & Escrow to Move Its Headquarters
Brentwood, Tenn. - After 16 years of serving primarily Williamson and Davidson counties, Realty Title & Escrow Company., Inc., a real estate title and escrow company, has adopted a new business plan to broaden its services to a larger number of real estate professionals, including builders and developers, in Tennessee, announced President Michael T. Bates.
Realty Title has expanded its operations regionally to include Memphis, growing from one to nine branch offices with over 40 employees and serving 22 Middle Tennessee counties as well as in the Greater Memphis area. Plans include adding four more branch offices by year end, with two of those offices being located in Franklin and Goodlettsville, notes Bates.
The company's growth has prompted a relocation of its headquarters. Realty Title has secured over 3,000 square feet of leased office space in a commercial building currently under construction at 1187 Old Hickory Blvd.in Brentwood.
