Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors, the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South, has signed a 10-year lease, a $1 million commitment, to open its third branch office in Clarksville, Tenn., the fifth largest city in the state.
"Establishing a long-term lease, along with opening office No. 3, demonstrates that Crye-Leike intends to be in Clarksville for 'the long haul'," said Joey Haley, managing broker of the new Clarksville - Sango office.
Crye-Leike's Clarksville office is located in the Sango area at 2204 Madison Street, Suite D, which is three miles south of Interstate 24 West at Exit 11. Clarksville, located in Montgomery County, is 40 minutes northwest of Nashville, Tenn.
The decision to open a third Crye-Leike branch office in Clarksville was prompted by the area's surge in population growth as well as steady growth in residential and commercial development, noted Harold Crye, chief executive officer of Crye-Leike....
