Chattanooga, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors' branch office in Cleveland, Tenn. has moved into a new company-owned business park at 4627 North Lee Highway within Crye-Leike Plaza's newly constructed 14,400 square foot office building. Crye-Leike's one story branch office occupies 4,200 square feet.
"We consider our new Cleveland office to be in a prime location within Bradley County," said Harold E. Crye, chief executive officer of Crye-Leike. "It is strategically located on a main thoroughfare in the north side of Cleveland, Tenn., an area experiencing tremendous growth."
"Bradley County overall has had strong growth over the past few years," adds Crye. "It is ranked the fifth largest industrial job market in the state with over 100 different manufacturers doing business in the county."
The new facility was built to accommodate up to 30 Crye-Leike sales associates and includes 10 private offices and four semi-private offices for top producers.
