Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike has begun construction of a 13,100 square foot office building in Brentwood, Tenn. near the southeast corner of Granny White and Old Hickory Blvd. The single story building will accommodate the rapidly growing Nashville regional office of Crye-Leike Commercial Real Estate Brokerage & Property Management.
Crye-Leike Commercial Real Estate Brokerage & Property Management will occupy 7,000 square feet, moving from its previous office location at 130 Wilson Pike in Brentwood. Crye-Leike has secured Realty Title & Escrow Co., Inc. as tenants to lease 3,000 sq. ft. They will establish their headquarters at this new location, moving from 5120 Virginia Way in Maryland Farms Office Park. Realty Title & Escrow Co. has nine branch offices that serve the real estate community, including builders and developers, in 22 counties in Middle Tennessee and the Greater Memphis area.
