Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South, has sold its first Crye-Leike resort franchise in the unincorporated community of Pickwick Dam, a resort town in Counce, Tenn., Hardin County, best known as a water sportsman's paradise because of its close proximity to a 1,392-acre state park on the shores of the Tennessee River and Pickwick Lake which spans over 50,000 acres. Crye*Leike Pickwick Lake is Crye-Leike's third franchise established in Tennessee and one of nine Crye-Leike franchises company wide.
Crye*Leike Pickwick Lake is co-owned by Marti Carsten, managing broker, and Addie Francis. The office, located at 25 Old South Road, Suite 110, held its grand opening on Thurs., June 14, 2001. Sales associates Jane August and Judi Bodgan, both of Pickwick, have joined Crye*Leike Pickwick Lake and will serve Hardin and McNairy counties in Tennessee and Tishomingo County in Mississippi.
