Memphis, Tenn. - Beginning the first quarter of 2001, Crye-Leike will transition its existing Memphis-based Total Home Care Club, a vendor referral business, into a new company with a new business model revolutionary to the real estate industry in Tennessee, reported Harold E. Crye, chief executive officer of the 10th largest real estate company in the nation.
The new company, Crye-Leike Home Services, will be a network of home- and family-related services available free to clients, disclosed C. F. Moore, newly-appointed director of Crye-Leike Home Services. A transaction management software system and national network will be used as the foundation for its model.
"Our new business model redefines the process of buying and selling a home, offering a personalized service to simplify homeownership," said Crye. "It will build a customer for life through technology and will assist the real estate associate in giving the consumer unparalleled service."
Crye-Leike is a full-service real estate company founded in Memphis in 1977. Today it is ranked #4 in the nation and the largest real estate company serving markets in Tennessee, Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi. Crye-Leike has a network of more than 2,800+ licensed sales associates, 600+ staff members and over 130+ branch and franchise offices located throughout a seven state region of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
