Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors held a groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday, January 16, 2001, at its 3.83 acre-site located on Cool Springs Boulevard to commence construction of two single-story commercial buildings, each approximately 14,000 square feet. Crye-Leike's Franklin branch office will relocate to this new Cool Springs location, reports Harold E. Crye, chief executive officer of Crye-Leike. Crye-Leike's Franklin office currently leases space at 124 First Avenue South in Franklin, Tenn.
