Chattanooga, Tenn. - While Crye-Leike, Realtors marks December 2000 as its third year in Chattanooga' s real estate market, it also is commemorating the move of its Cleveland branch office into a permanent location in Bradley County.
Crye-Leike's Cleveland branch office recently left its temporary log cabin quarters at 5220 North Lee Highway and moved to 4627 North Lee Highway within Crye-Leike Plaza's newly constructed 14,400 square foot office building. The one story branch office occupies 4,200 square feet.
"The remaining 10,200 square feet of the office plaza is available for lease as retail and office space," notes Keith Rosenblum, president of Crye-Leike Commercial & Property Management in Brentwood, Tenn. "The space can be divided to accommodate tenants as small as 1,000 square feet or up to 10,400 square feet."
