Brentwood, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors is expanding its branch offices into Bellevue to meet the exploding neighborhood growth in Cheatham and Dickson counties, reports Harold E. Crye, chief executive officer of Crye-Leike, Inc.
A 9,400 square foot commercial building at 224 Old Hickory Blvd. has been purchased by Crye to accommodate a new Bellevue branch location for Crye-Leike, Realtors. The property was owned by Belle Forest Associates I, LLC in Nashville and sold for $710,000, $75 a square foot, on June 30, 2000. Bellevue, a part of the greater metropolitan Nashville area, is a community located on the west side of Davidson County and Interstate 40.
The Bellevue office will be the first of several expansion offices Crye-Leike plans to open to the west of Nashville, says Tom Kimbrough, vice president and general manager of Crye-Leike of Nashville, Inc.
