Crye-Leike Commercial Broker Jaime Henson Sets Record Industrial Record Warehouse Sale

Memphis, Tenn: Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announces that Jaime Henson, a commercial broker with Crye-Leike Commercial Memphis, closed a record sale in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Henson represented a buyer in the acquisition of a $10.5 million warehouse located on the opposite end of the state. With respect to the confidentiality of the private buyer and seller, the details of the transaction are not available at this time.

After joining Crye-Leike in 2018 selling residential homes, Henson learned very quickly that she preferred the business side of real estate, while working for a buyer on a historical property sale. She refocused her brokerage practice to 100 percent commercial real estate in 2019, and she has now set a career milestone with this $10.5 million deal.

Crye-Leike Names Mollie Majors Managing Broker of Ooltewah Branch Office

Ooltewah, Tenn: Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announces that Mollie Majors has been named the managing broker of its Ooltewah, TN branch office. Majors will be responsible for the recruitment, training and management of the office's sales associates.

Majors has been affiliated with Crye-Leike for 17 years, building an impressive repertoire along the way. In the early 2000's, Majors served as the recruiting manager for the company's Chattanooga footprint and, in 2007, she took on the role of office manager for Crye-Leike Auctions Ooltewah.

Licensed in Tennessee and Georgia, Major's business experience runs the gamut from listing & selling properties, selling real estate & personal property at auction, corporate relocation, new construction, foreclosure & investment properties, and even a little commercial business thrown in for good measure.

Crye-Leike Continues Georgia Expansion with Opening of Villa Rica Branch Office

Villa Rica, GA: Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announces that it has opened a new real estate office in Villa Rica, GA, located at 354 West Bankhead Highway. The Villa Rica location makes for the 18^th office to open in Georgia since Crye-Leike first expanded into the Peach State in 2000.

Rosa Willis, a member of the real estate industry for 24 years, has been named the branch manager for the new office and will be responsible for the recruitment, training and management of its sales associates. Willis is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the West Georgia Board of REALORS®, and she is involved with numerous community programs throughout Douglas and Carroll counties. Willis is optimistic about the future of the Villa Rica office and looks forward to leading agents through their real estate careers.
