MEMPHIS, TN.- Crye-Leike, Commercial Affiliate Broker Eric Fuhrman has successfully completed the final exam to receive the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.  He joins the ranks of a special community of highly skilled and trained Commercial Affiliate Brokers.

"The CCIM curriculum represents the core knowledge expected of commercial investment practitioners, regardless of the diversity of specializations within the industry," said Fuhrman.  "Only six percent of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but also why it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry."

DICKSON, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors associates in the company's Dickson, Tennessee office raised $1,420.00 for the local charities of United Way.  The monies came from a yard and bake sale held Saturday, October 13, 2007.

 

"We had a steady flow of traffic all day long," said Cindy Smith, Crye-Leike Affiliate Broker and Event Chairperson. "At one point the cars had to park on Highway 46 South in front of the office because the parking lot was full."

 

There was an assortment of donated items for sale from associates, their friends and families that included: clothes, toys, furniture, books, knick-knacks, exercise equipment, tools and much more.

 

"A special thanks goes out to Arrow Exterminators and its donation of BBQ, chips, cole slaw and desserts," said Smith.  "Our business partners, Realty Title & Escrow and Magna Bank also came through with donated drinks."

COLUMBIA, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors agents in the company's Columbia, Tennessee office joined in the fun at the annual Goats, Music and More Festival held in Lewisburg.

 

At the weekend event, October 12th & 13th, Crye-Leike associates and employees proudly joined in the festivities with a Pin the Tail on the Goat game, Goat Coloring Pages and giving children of all ages the opportunity to make their own personalized bookmarks.

 

Agents Danielle Wakham, Cortni Tindall, Jason Mize, Jennifer Graham and Sarah Gwin manned Crye-Leike's booth during the two-day event.

 

The 5th Annual Goats, Music and More Festival was held in Lewisburg at the Rock Creek Park on Friday, October 12 and Saturday, October 13, 2007. The festival aims to honor goats, particularly Marshall's County famous native "Fainting" goat and Boer goat.
