Little Rock, AR- Crye-Leike, Realtors Executive Broker Tracey Maulden, a Little Rock Arkansas based Realtor, has been awarded two prestigious designations - the "Accredited Buyer's Representative" (ABR) by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council, Inc., an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors and the "Graduate, Realtor Institute" (GRI) awarded by the National Association of Realtors.

 

In addition - Maulden has received an Executive Broker's License and is now serving as one of the managing brokers for Crye-Leike, Realtors in the Kanis Road Branch, which is the company's Regional Headquarters for Central Arkansas.

Ridgeland, MS - Crye-Leike, Realtors agent Shari Lackey has been selected as the exclusive Realtor for the new and prestigious Ridgeland Mississippi new home development, Gallagher's Pass.

NASHVILLE, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors agents in the Memphis area are responding strongly to counter what they contend is a false perception about the local home sales market.

 

In the face of general media reports about a continued decline in the national real estate market, Crye-Leike agents are being pro-active in an effort to set the record straight.

 

According to a report published in the Memphis Commercial Appeal on Sunday August 12, 2007 - "Realtors say negative news media coverage about the national real estate market, combined with a local dip in sales after two record years, has Mid-South home buyers confused."
