Local Realtor Selected for Leadership
JACKSON, Miss. - Real estate broker Sandy Cox of the Crye*Leike Gulf Coast Realty branch office located at, 10505 Boney Avenue is one of 12 realtors from across the state to be accepted into the Mississippi Association of Realtors' Leadership MAR class of 2007.
Cox, a Gautier, Miss. resident, is a 22-year real estate veteran specializing in land, new home, commercial and relocation real estate services primarily in Harrison, Jackson, Hancock, Stone, and George Counties. She is a member of the Gulf Coast, and Biloxi-Ocean Springs Associations of Realtors and has her GRI and SRS real estate designations. NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Crye?Leike Franchises, Inc. (CLFI), an independently operated subsidiary of Crye-Leike, Inc. (CLI), was recently recognized by Entrepreneur magazine on their annual Franchise 500 list with a ranking of 365.
According to Entrepreneur, factors such as financial strength, growth rate, system size, years in business, startup costs, and other criteria are considered when calculating the Franchise 500 list.

New Crye*Leike Franchise Opens In Mississippi

Crye*Leike Brown Realty Receives Outstanding Sales Award
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Crye*Leike Brown Realty, located at 643 West Avenue, recently received the Presidential Award for phenomenal sales growth in 2006. The awards were given at the annual Crye-Leike kickoff held in January at the Maxwell House Hotel and Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
