Crye-Leike Relocates Bryant Office to New Improved Facility
LITTLE ROCK, Ark.- Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nations 6th largest real estate company, recently relocated its Bryant, AR branch office, to a new facility in the Springhill Plaza at 4000 Highway 5; a move prompted by the company's growing sales force in the area.
The new Crye-Leike Bryant office occupies 6,000 square feet, providing enough room to expand its sales force to 60 seasoned associates. Company officials are leasing adjacent space to Realty Title for the ease and convenience of local homebuyers.
"We are just a mile from our previous location," said Managing Broker Diane Barsotti, "but this location provides easier access for our customers, allowing us to better serve the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in Saline County."

Crye-Leike Associate Don Varner Easrns Seniors Specialist Designation
MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council has recognized Don Varner as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). This designation requires the associate to attend a two-day SRES training program and to successfully pass the final exam.
Varner is affiliated with the Germantown - Exeter branch office, and serves the needs of both buyers and sellers in and around Germantown, as well as the cities of Collierville, East Memphis, Cordova and Bartlett. Crye-Leike Reports Positive Year-to-Date Growth
MEMPHIS, TN.- Analyst reports of a slowing real estate market have not deterred sales for the nation's 6th largest real estate company, Crye-Leike, Realtors. Crye-Leike reports $3.01 billion in year-to-date sales, marking halfway through 2006, an increase of 16.3 percent over $2.6 billion this same period last year. These figures represent 17,577 units sold, up 11.7 percent from 15,739, and show Crye-Leike on pace for another record-breaking year.
"We are in home buying markets that are affordable relative to national costs," said Crye-Leike President Dick Leike. "We are able to offer a good selection of homes to suit most needs. Even with the recent increases, we are still enjoying some of the best interest rates. Our economy is still in full swing and folks are looking at and buying homes."
