Crye-Leike's Irma Shepherd Claims Coveted ABR Status
Chattanooga, Tenn. - The Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) has named affiliate broker Irma Shepherd of Crye-Leike, Realtors an accredited buyer representative, the only nationally recognized designation for buyers' agents and signified by the ABR designation.
The ABR designation denotes specialization in real estate buyer representation and demonstrates to Shepherd's clients that she has taken steps to continue her education and has proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional services to real estate buyers. Requirements for this ABR designation include a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation and practical experience in the field of buyer representation.

Crye-Leike Names Tom Tinnel Property Manager
Nashville, Tennessee - Crye-Leike Commercial & Property Management announces that Tom Tinnel of Nashville has been named property manager of its Property Management Division, located at 1187 Old Hickory Blvd. in Brentwood.
Tinnel is responsible for managing over 600 residential and commercial properties, 45 homeowners association buildings and more than 500,000 square feet of office and retail space. He is a member of the National, Tennessee and Greater Nashville Associations of Realtors. Prior to joining Crye-Leike, he was a sales manager for four years at Graham's Lighting in Franklin.

Chris Cordes Joins Crye-Leike, Realtors
