Chattanooga, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, the nation's 10th largest real estate company and the largest in the Mid-South, announced its Top 10 sales producers in 2003 who achieved the highest volume in sales for the company within the Greater Chattanooga area.

Jay Robinson of Crye-Leike's Downtown branch office was named Crye-Leike's No. 1 sales producer in the Greater Chattanooga area, followed by Crye-Leike's No. 2 sales producer Judy Allen of Crye-Leike's Cleveland branch office and No. 3, Sandi Henon of Crye-Leike's Signal Mountain branch office.

Other Crye-Leike sales associates who ranked among the Top 10 sales producers in the Greater Chattanooga area include: Jannis Sams and Max Phillips, both of Crye-Leike's Cleveland branch office; Jay Craig of Crye-Leike's East Brainerd branch office; Terry Hardwick and Debbie Morrison, both of Crye-Leike's Hixson branch office; Bonnie Hamilton of Crye-Leike's Signal Mountain branch office; and Linda Cunningham of Crye-Leike...

Nashville, Tenn. -  Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nation's 10th largest real estate company, has promoted Michelle C. Taylor of Greenbrier, Tennessee to managing broker of its Springfield branch office, located at 504 22nd Avenue East. She previously served as manager.

Her promotion was the result of her successfully passing the Tennessee Real Estate Commission's (TREC) November 2003 real estate broker licensure examination. She is entitled to receive a Tennessee broker's license and is hereafter referred to as broker.

To become eligible for the examination, Taylor met strict experience and education requirements as a broker candidate. Broker candidates must have held an active license as an affiliate broker, and must have successfully completed 120 classroom hours of real estate education, 30 hours of which must be an office or brokerage management course taken at a TREC approved school.

Memphis, Tenn. -  Crye-Leike Property Management announces that one of its managers, W. Edwin (Ed) Dunn,  has been awarded the certified manager of community associations designation (CMCA) by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers.

The CMCA designation, under the auspices of the Community Associations Institute, is a national professional designation that signifies mastery of a specific and intensive program of classroom instruction in the various aspects of community association management. Dunn joins more than 4,600 CMCA designees nationwide who have demonstrated the professional knowledge needed to manage condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations.
