Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike of Nashville, Inc. has named Realtor Pam Teller as managing broker and sales manager of its Brentwood East branch office, located at 5055 Maryland Way and one of three Crye-Leike real estate offices in Williamson County.

Previously, Teller served as assistant manager of Crye-Leike's Priest Lake branch office. She is responsible for the recruitment, sales production and management of 74 sales associates who primarily serve the residential, new home sales, commercial and development needs of residents in Davidson and Williamson counties. Crye-Leike's Brentwood East sales associates generated $124.70 million in sales volume in 2001.

Teller has marketed residential properties for the past 10 years in Sumner, Davidson and Williamson counties. She specializes in relocation, luxury properties, new home sales as well as serves as a homebuyer instructor.

Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike Commercial Real Estate Brokerage & Property Management announces that Helen S. Regalado of Nashville has been named accounting manager. She is responsible for the accounting functions of commercial and residential rental properties in the Greater Nashville area. Regalado has over 23 years of experience in finance, payroll and human resources. She previously was senior bookkeeper for four years for Archon Management Services in Dallas, Texas, overseeing accounting functions for 18 apartment complexes across the country.

Memphis, Tenn. -  The Bright Idea House, a designer showcase home in Midtown Memphis, will be sold to the highest bidder by auction on Saturday, August 24, 2002 at 10:30 a.m., with proceeds to benefit the Women's Foundation for a Greater Memphis, a local organization that raises money for grants to help women and children reach economic self-sufficiency.

The auction will be conducted by master auctioneer Landis O. Foy of Crye-Leike Auctions as an absolute auction with no minimum sales price or reserve. With an absolute auction, the property is sold to the highest bidder, regardless of the price.

"If the house sells for a nickel or $ 1 million, it will sell on Sat., August 24 at 10:30 a.m.," says Foy. "Someone will own the property soon after 10:30 a.m."

Chattanooga, Tenn. -  The Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) recently announced that Joe Manning, CRS, GRI, an affiliate broker with Crye-Leike, Realtors, successfully passed the July 2002 real estate broker licensure examination which entitles him to receive a Tennessee broker's license and is hereafter referred to as broker.

To become eligible for the examination, Manning met strict experience and education requirements as a broker candidate. Broker candidates must have held an active license as an affiliate broker, and must have successfully completed 120 classroom hours of real estate education, 30 hours of which must be an office or brokerage management course taken at a TREC approved school.
