Karen L. Will, affiliate broker, has been named senior manager of commercial properties for Crye-Leike Property Management. A resident of Franklin, Tenn., she is responsible for the management of commercial properties ranging from the most prestigious Class A office properties to small retail strip centers in Nashville and Chattanooga as well as expanding business operations in surrounding areas. Previously affiliated with NAI/Rohde Realty Inc. of San Antonio, Texas, Will has over 10 years of experience as a senior property manager and leasing agent. With experience ranging across virtually all property types, Will is currently managing more than 1.6 million square feet of office, light industrial, warehouse, retail and special use space.
