Memphis, Tenn. -  Crye-Leike, the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South, announces the relocation and expansion of its Olive Branch office into a new company-owned business park at 6397-A Goodman Road, a move prompted to keep pace with the area's booming growth and development, says Chief Executive Officer Harold E. Crye.

"We basically ran out of space to accommodate more agents who were wanting to join our Olive Branch office," says Crye, "which is a nice problem to have. We see this expanded office as an opportunity for Crye-Leike to dramatically increase our market share in an area that is experiencing phenomenal growth."

Olive Branch and DeSoto County are ranked as the fast growing city and county in the state of Mississippi and ranked second in the state in terms of median home values, according to the latest U.S. Census figures. Median home values skyrocketed 72 percent from $73,000 in 1990 to $125,800 in 2000.
